Ariana Roddini has moved up through the leadership ranks at FLETC and now serves as Assistant Director of Training Management and Operations Directorate. Starting off as an instructor in the Enforcement Operations Division, she found that teaching requires a certain passion. Today she doesn't have much direct interaction with students, but she still regards her teaching days as some of her best at FLETC.
