Hurricane Dorian Update As of Saturday, August 31, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.

Due to the current track of Hurricane Dorian, Tuesday, September 3, 2019, and Wednesday, September 4, 2019 will be non-training days at FLETC-Glynco and FLETC-Charleston.  All training scheduled for those days will be conducted on Saturday, September 7, 2019, and Sunday, September 8, 2019.

The FLETC-Glynco and FLETC-Charleston campuses will be accessible only for identified essential personnel.  All other Glynco or Charleston employees who are not on approved annual or sick leave will be granted administrative leave (administrative excusal for weather conditions) for those two days.

FLETC-Glynco staff should report at their regularly scheduled time and location on Thursday, September 5, 2019.  Liberal leave will be in effect on Thursday, September 5, 2019; should employees require an additional day to return to work, they may request appropriate leave status through their immediate supervisors. Training at FLETC-Glynco will resume on Friday, September 6, 2019, and continue through the following weekend.

Reporting instructions for FLETC-Charleston staff will be provided at a later date.

Please make sure your information in the Emergency Notification System (ENS) is current. FLETC will use ENS to provide emergency information regarding the storm.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates, as needed, on the internet, social media, the FLETC mobile app, and the FLETC 1-800 number (see list below).  Please check back frequently to ensure you have the latest information.

Stay tuned to your local TV stations and radios for additional storm updates.
