Description

This three (3) day program provides training in various aspects of establishing an effective security program for an existing facility or site. During the program, students will learn, and practice multiple concepts associated with securing a variety of establishments such as schools, government buildings, and houses of worship. Additionally, students will learn how to evaluate security programs to determine possible vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Completion of this program will allow the student to earn a Certificate of Completion.
 

 

Prerequisites

PSATP is open to sworn local, tribal, state, or federal law enforcement personnel with arrest authority and individuals serving as direct law enforcement support personnel.
