Throughout this year focused on leadership, I hope our FLETC team will glean new perspectives on leadership and specific ideas we can take with us into our daily work lives. One way we can do this is to highlight exemplary instances of leadership here at FLETC. To that end, I invite you to nominate colleagues who have exhibited exceptional leadership. During the first quarter, we focused on the concept of servant leadership, a philosophy that focuses on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. This quarter, we are emphasizing the opportunity to lead from where you are in the organization.
