Bike Ride Honors Officers Killed in Line of Duty

A few dozen people are riding bicycles from coastal Georgia to the nation's capital to raise awareness and money for groups supporting police officers killed in the line of duty.

Organizers of the bike ride to Washington expect 35 law enforcement officers and family members of fallen police officers to make the first leg of the ride Wednesday from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick to Savannah about 60 miles to the north.
